You may have a specific problem or under stress or maybe you just need some down time to help you feel better and stronger and more relaxed.
When our bodies energies are low this can make us feel down, ill and prone to getting stressed more easily. When our bodies energies are high and at their best we feel great, less prone to stress and able to deal with life's ups and downs.
I deal with all sorts of issues within a Reiki treatment and also with a Hopi treatment.
All things discussed within my treatments are fully confidential.

I organise a monthly Reiki Share, held in Hutton near Preston.
